Shipping Policy

At Pampas Fashion Boutique, we want you to receive your purchases as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policies:

Shipping Rates and Options

We offer both domestic shipping, with rates and delivery times varying based on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. You can view the shipping options and rates available to you during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, and the customer is fully responsible for any return shipping fees additional to the original one. In the event of a return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

Lost, Damage, Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We have a FOB shipping policy, therefore, if your order it's shipping, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE of anything that happens with your package once USPS scans your package. If it gets lost or because of USPS the product was maltreated, we are not resposible of returning money nor giving credit, you lose the money.
